Jamie is our Chief Executive Officer

Jamie has spent the majority of her career in Corporate Affairs within the Tourism Industry in Orlando.  In her free time she enjoys spending time outside, listening to music, and spending time with her family.

Casie is our Chief Financial Officer

Casie has 30+ years of experience specializing in mental health billing and insurance.  In her free time Casie enjoys going kayaking and spending time with her family.  

Dede is our Chief Clinical Officer

Dede has over 20+ years of experience working in the mental health industry, and has a passion for working with couples and families to improve their relationships.  She and her family are active members in a local Episcopal church.

Anna is our Co-Clinical Director

 Anna Draper is a native Floridian with a combined passion for art and healing. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist, which means she can help clients process complex emotions both verbally and artistically.

Alexandra is our Office Manager

Alexandra has been working at ECC since 2020. She is passionate about bringing mental health awareness into the local community. In her free time she enjoys golfing, yoga, reading, spending time outside, and spending time with her dogs.

Rita is our Co-Founder

As Co-founder of ECC, Rita has been responsible for building our organization, and making it what it is today.  In her free time Rita enjoys spending time with her family.

Sharon is our Co-Founder

Sharon is Co-founder of ECC, and works with many organizations and associations on the Space Coast.  Dr. Jones is an active member of the Holy Trinity in Melbourne. 

Faith is one of our Patient Care Coordinators

Faith Durdin works here as a Patient Care Coordinator while pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) after earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In her role, she helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients while assisting with daily operations. She is passionate about mental health and plans to continue growing in the field of clinical social work. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, needlepointing, and spending time outdoors..

Danny is one of our Patient Care Coordinators 

With 25 years in the hospitality industry, I specialize in guest experience, customer relations, sales, and marketing. I excel at building strong relationships, resolving complex guest situations, and creating memorable experiences. This is my first time working with psychiatric doctors and therapists, and I’m excited to be on this new adventure. I was born and raised in New York City, and I’m really loving where I’m at now, working alongside everyone in counseling. I look forward to growing and becoming part of this team and family, bringing my passion for people and service to this new focus.

Morgan is one of our Patient Care Coordinators 

My name is Morgan Bagwell. I bring years of customer service experience and a genuine love for helping people. I’m thrilled to be part of this new job and can’t wait to welcome everyone with a smile. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with my cats and dogs. 

Sandy is one of our Billing & Insurance Specialists 

Originally from the Cleveland area, Sandy has lived in Orlando for over 35 years.  Graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Aviation Business. Sandy held the position of Air Traffic Controller with the FAA for over 20 years.  She joined the ECC Family in the Fall of 2022 in the transition to her second career.

She has learned many facets of the office here at ECC through working the front desk, the psychiatry assistant position and is currently working in the Billing Department.

Jason is our Intake Coordinator Specialist

Jason has been intake coordinator with ECC since March of 2018. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids. He also enjoys spending time fishing.

Ruth is one of our Patient Care Coordinators 

Ruth is originally from Naples, FL and is the 4th born of 11 children. She has a passion for  photography and serving others. During her free time you will find her with a book in her hand, spending time with her family, at the beach or serving her church.
