Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, spiritual injury, or health struggles, I am ready to collaborate with you toward greater insight, coping strategies, and hope. Some clients come because they are wrestling with questions, like vocation, purpose, LGBTQ+ identity, or life transitions, and I am eager to partner with you in discerning your own answers. 

My perspective is whole-person care, so how your environment, values, and culture impact you matters to me. If spirituality or religion is important to you, we can incorporate that into your therapy. I enjoy working with clients of diverse religious or spiritual backgrounds as well as clients with no particular belief system. All are welcome! 

I earned my Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from UCF and completed counseling internships in the Family Medicine clinic at AdventHealth East Orlando, Lutheran Counseling Services, and the Presbyterian Counseling Center. I hold a Doctor of Ministry degree in Religious Education from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago and am an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA).
