All messages, billing, and telehealth appointments can be found on your portal.
For telehealth appointments: You will receive a link in your email, fifteen minutes prior to your appointment, requesting you to login to your portal. If you do not receive this link automatically, please login to your portal with your username and password at https://api.portal.therapyappointment.com/n/schedule
You will then see a “launch” button on your dashboard, this will take you to your telehealth session with your provider. Due to Covid-19, we will be seeing all clients via video session(preferred) or phone call.
You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org requesting your insurance card and ID card.
To complete the intake process please reply to this email with a copy of the front and back of your insurance card and picture ID. (license is preferred).
Without these items we may be unable to verify coverage and identity and appointments may be canceled. For assistance or questions please call our intake department at (407) 423-3327.
