We aren't given a manual for how to handle life’s challenges, but with care, courage, and support, healing and change are always possible. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my purpose is to help people break free from old patterns, pain, and limiting beliefs to build lives rooted in meaning and connection. I believe every person is shaped by their experiences, but not defined by them. Together, we'll find your light that illuminates the path forward.

I work with individuals, couples (traditional and non-traditional), and families, and have experience supporting clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I'm certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and bring a collaborative, affirming, and personalized approach to every session.

There’s no “one-size-fits-all” in therapy. You are unique, and your healing journey should be too. My role is to walk beside you, offering tools and insight as we explore what’s holding you back and move toward what matters most to you. Life is hard, but it doesn’t have to be figured out alone.
